For the past 12 years, TSM has been a successful international freight forwarding company based in the freeport of Hamburg, which is one of the largest ports in the world.
 
Our core business is the organisation of sea and air freight worldwide for the import and export of goods.

Requirements:

Your tasks:

• Gute Englischkenntnisse zwingend erforderlich
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Speditionskaufmann / Speditionskauffrau
• Erweiterte Kenntnisse in der Zollabfertigung (Atlas)
• Routinierter Umgang mit der MS-Office Standardsoftware (Excel, Word, Office)
• Erfahrung mit dem Programm Cargosoft
• Guter Umgang mit Menschen
• Erfahrung mit Umgang von Anspruchsvollen Kunden
• Loyalität, Pünktlichkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Organisationsfähigkeiten
• Erfahrung im Verkauf (Seefracht/Luftfracht)

• Customer processing, customer care
• Handling of import shipments Sea freight FCL/LCL
• Customs clearance in the Atlas system
• Existing customer care
• Contact with shipping companies and customs offices
• Document handling
• Settlements
